Vaughndre Henry came to marketing through nonprofit work. In 2017 he co-founded the Tucker A. Francis Scholarship Fund to honor his closest friend, and over three summers he and his co-founders raised $140,000 to send students in need to Tabor Academy's REEF Program.

At C-4 Analytics, a Boston-area agency, Vaughndre manages digital marketing strategy across a portfolio of 10+ accounts, directing paid media across search, display, and social. He also helps build the agency's AI systems, synthesizing scattered client data into health scores and risk flags that let a small team stay ahead of a large book of business. He shipped that work independently, ahead of the agency's own rollout, and received a quarterly team award in July 2026 for advancing AI adoption across the account team.

Through Syren Digital, the consultancy he founded in 2019, he has driven more than $4M in attributed revenue for national consumer brands and online creators through paid advertising, email, SMS, and lifecycle programs.

On the Friends of Jack board, his focus is the same question he works on everywhere else: how an organization reaches more people, tells its story more clearly, and turns attention into lasting support.

Vaughndre lives in New Bedford, MA.
