The Cause

There's a Superhero Inside All of Us.

The Annual Celebration is our opportunity not only to celebrate what we've accomplished together, but also to imagine what's possible in the years ahead. We hope you'll join us for an evening filled with fun, emotion, and a little bit of whimsy as we celebrate everything we've built together.

Good to Know

Questions, Answered

When and where is the Annual Celebration?

Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 6:00 to 11:00 PM at the Arch at the Meadow, 334 Mendell Road, Rochester, Massachusetts.

The cocktail reception opens the evening at 6:00, so plan to arrive close to then if you would like time to browse the auction before dinner.

What does a ticket cost, and what does it include?

Tickets are $300 per person. That covers the cocktail hour, a gourmet dinner, a premium open bar, live entertainment, the chance auction, dancing, and our special children's program showcase.

Every ticket directly supports programs for local children facing injury and illness.

What is the dress code?

Whimsical and Elegant. Cocktail or semi-formal attire with a playful, imaginative twist.

Think classic elegance with vibrant colors, unique accessories, or creative fabrics. The night is a celebration, so have fun with it.

How does the evening run?

The cocktail reception runs 6:00 to 7:30 with hors d'oeuvres and the auction. Opening remarks from Jill Fearons, our Founder and President, begin at 7:30.

Dinner with live music is served at 8:00. At 8:30 a featured speaker shares an impact story, followed by the Paddle Raise led by Michael Rock of Fun 107. Live music and dancing carry the night from 9:00 to 11:00.

Does the event sell out?

Yes. The Arch at the Meadow holds roughly 250 guests, and the Annual Celebration has sold out in past years.

If you are planning to join us, reserving early is the safest way to make sure there is a seat for you.

Can I reserve a table or bring a group?

Yes. Group seating comes through our sponsorship levels, which range from Copper at $1,000 for two guests up to Presenting at $50,000 for twenty premier seats.

Sponsorships also carry parking, event recognition, and logo placement depending on the level. The full breakdown is in the sponsorship section below.

Is it too late to become a sponsor?

No. We welcome sponsors right up through the event, and every level includes recognition at the celebration, on this website, and in our donor publication.

If you would like to talk through which level fits, reach out to Pete Cohenno at peter@friendsofjack.org or 774.218.5530.

Where does the money go?

Into programs that reach children and families across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including Child Life Services, Hero Bear kits, Therapy Cars, Comfort Dogs, and the Superhero Program.

To date we have delivered more than 25,000 Hero Bear kits, fund over 100 hours a week of Child Life Services at St. Luke's, and have raised $4 million for children and families.

I would love to help, but I cannot attend. What else can I do?

You can give directly, and it makes a real difference whether or not there is a seat with your name on it.

You can also sponsor at any level, donate an item to the chance auction, or simply share this page with someone who might want to be in the room.

Still have a question? Reach us at peter@friendsofjack.org or 508.758.5811.
